I am a qualified Hypnotherapist and hold a Diploma in Hypnotherapy certificate.
Hypnotherapy is guided relaxation and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness, that is sometimes called a trance. This is usually done with the help of a therapist using verbal repetition and mental images.
We are all unique and any impact is achieved when there is a willingness to commit to the hypnotherapy work to gain a positive change.
Some people are concerned about what hypnosis feels like. It is best described as a positive sensation of relaxation and peace.
You are not unconscious and you are always fully in control of your choices and actions. No one at any time can be made to do anything against their will.
You will be able to respond to anything you want to or need to in the cabin room like an alarm going off.
Your subconscious mind is being offered suggestions and it’s perfectly normal to not recall it all during a session.
Your sessions will be specifically tailored to your own individual needs. You will usually feel calm and relaxed, whilst being more open to suggestions.
Results vary from person to person as we are all unique and some people can be more responsive than others.
To reach your full potential and to fully enjoy your life, you need to remove what is holding you back.
What is stopping you?

The brain has two parts:
THE CONSCIOUS MIND – which is the critical part of our brain that judges, it’s where our logical thoughts happen and where our learning habits are which enables our automatic reactions and actions.
THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND – is where our values, beliefs and behaviours are formed. The subconscious mind always acts in our best interests but can have a negative impact on our lives. The vast majority of what goes on in our heads comes from our subconscious mind.
