The death of a dearly loved family member, a beloved one or much loved one, will be one of the biggest emotional challenges you will ever have to face in your life.
Your emotions are you own and you have responsibility for them. It’s up to you how you deal with any sadness, hurt or sorrow, but if you focus on the happy times and good memories you shared with that person, you are choosing positivity, attitude and progress.
You will feel deep grief and should acknowledge and respect that grief when someone you love dies.
Taking that emotional responsibility empowers you, it doesn’t make you powerless in grief. It’s ok to feel sad and give into it while not allowing it to overwhelm you.
